1)Imitation hard enamel&Fired hard enamel
¡ôDifferent material:Fired hard enamel use copper,Imitation hard enamel use copper.brass,iron etc.
¡ôThe color of Imitation hard enamel is more abundant than fired hard enamel¡¯s.
¡ôFired hard enamel use solid grain enamel material, Imitation hard enamel use color concentrate
¡ôFired hard enamel colors are grainy look, Imitation hard enamel colors are more delicate & smooth
¡ôTouch feeling: Fired hard enamel badge as a whole will be slightly raised, curved, imitation hard enamel is smooth
2)Imitation hard enamel & soft enamel
¨‹Imitation hard enamel surface is flat and smooth,soft enamel is recessed and raised,the color part is recessed,the metal lines or metal surface are raised.
¨‹if the surface of soft enamel adds epoxy,it will be smooth also,so this need to identify carefully.
3)Soft enamel& photo etched
¡ñThe metal lines of photo etched will be more delicate.
¡ñThe concavo-convex feel of soft enamel is stronger
¡ñThe usual thickness of soft enamel is 1.2mm,but photo etched¡¯s is 0.8mm
4)Soft enamel & die struck
Soft enamel with colors,die struck without colors,just with metal color.
5)Printing badge & other various badge
The most significant difference is that the colors or lines of other badge are separated by metal lines,
But print badge without any metal lines,it can be printed directly same as the printing products.there have offset printing and screen printing.
6)The difference of Zinc alloy badges & other material badges
The biggest difference is that the section of zinc alloy is slightly tilted,while the section of copper or iron is not .
